SERVICES REFUND POLICY

Despite our best efforts to ensure customer satisfaction, all service sales are final. Since we are a small company, we regrettably are unable to issue refunds for any scheduled or canceled appointments or sessions for individual services, service bundles, or service series. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any refund requests for spa services and rituals; all purchases, reservations, and completed services (including spa packages) are final and non-refundable. Services cannot be refunded due to worry or anticipated outcomes. We promise to help our guests with any issues they may have and to offer advice on how the post-treatment protocol and daily schedule should be adjusted. A second trip to the spa for a complimentary consultation might be necessary.

GIFT CARDS

Items and services purchased through sales and special offers are non-refundable, and any deposits paid to reserve services or events are likewise non-refundable. Gift Cards that are lost or stolen cannot be used again or replaced. Gift cards are perpetual, barring any special offers. Promotional cards cannot be used in conjunction with any bundles, series, or discounted services or goods. Every purchase is final. Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash. Gift Cards, Spa Gift Certificates, and Spa Packages are not eligible for refunds. All sales made during sales or special promotions are final and non-refundable. Rescheduling an appointment is only possible up to 24 hours in advance.
